Set to uplifting world music and chill EDM, this 50-minute class is a full spectrum vinyasa flow practice perfect for the intermediate student. Beginning with modified sun salutations that focus on mobilizing the spine, class progresses into pulsations in low and high lunge, the Prana Vinyasa Bhumi Namaskar, core work in navasana (boat pose) and a virabhadrasana two (warrior II) based flow. We wind things down with a long hold in eka pada rajakapotasana (pigeon), seated twists and forward folds before moving into final relaxation.
