Yoga Sculpt 45: Bodyweight and Biceps

A 45-minute blend of simple yoga sequences for flexibility and stability combined with a few rounds of bicep curls, body weight strength exercises and core work. We will also focus on hip and heart opening before closing practice down with a few gentle twists and savasana.
