Mellow Yoga: The Grounded Stretch
Grounded, simple and subtle, this is an easy class perfect for low energy or rest days, or at the end of the workweek. Beginning on the back with yogic 3-part breath, this class stays mellow the entire 60-minutes. Enjoy lots of work on your back, including hip opening and twists. Once seated upright you'll explore several gentle forward folds and seated twists. Eventually balance is explored in tree pose. Hip opening is worked in a two long pigeon poses and class ends with a lengthy savasana.
