Dynamic Flow: From Ground to Sky

Starting right away in downward facing dog, students can expect to work the pulsations of alignment right away in many familiar poses. You are ensured a full spectrum practice and structural challenges in many traditional asanas. Solar and lunar choices are given in the connecting vinyasas and students are encouraged to pace themselves and make healthy choices.  Surya Namaskar A (the most basic sun salutation) surya namaskar C and concentrated work in Virabhadrasana III (warrior three) into standing split make up the middle wave of this warming practice. A few additional intermediate to advanced poses like the kramas or stages of Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance), kramas of Galavasana, Baddha Parsvakonasana (bound extended side angle) and bound Trikonasana (triangle) pose make this a practice geared towards intermediate to advanced students.
